This Privacy Policy explains how PAVREN (“PAVREN”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects information when you visit the PAVREN website, create an account, or use the PAVREN web and mobile applications (together, the “Service”).
PAVREN is client acquisition intelligence for B2B service businesses. It helps teams organise company evidence, prioritise opportunities and decide the next move. We collect only what the Service needs to do that, and we do not sell personal information.
Information we collect
We collect information you give us, information created when you use the Service, and limited technical information needed to run it.
- Account information. Your email address and password, used to create your account and sign you in. Passwords are handled by our authentication service and are not stored by PAVREN in readable form. If you turn on two-step verification, we also store the authenticator factor linked to your account.
- Profile and business information. Details you choose to add, such as your name, business profile, target industries, geography, customer preferences, goals and interface language. These fields are optional unless a feature needs them.
- Workspace content. Company records, source links and excerpts you save, evidence, opportunities, recommendations, recorded conversations and messages, deals and notes. This content can include information about other people, such as business contacts. Please add only information you are allowed to use.
- Usage and plan records. Records of how features are used, for example intelligence requests, so we can apply plan allowances and request limits, together with your plan and subscription status.
- Technical information. When your browser or app connects to the Service, our hosting and infrastructure providers process technical data such as IP address, browser or app type and request times. This is needed to deliver the Service and keep it secure.
- Cookies and local storage. We use cookies and similar storage that are necessary to keep you signed in, and local storage to remember preferences such as language and display theme. In the mobile app, sign-in sessions are kept in your device’s secure storage.
We do not collect payment card details, because paid billing is not currently active. The mobile app does not ask for access to your location, contacts, camera, microphone or photos. We do not use advertising identifiers or advertising cookies.
How we use information
- To provide the Service. Create and secure your account, sign you in, and keep your workspaces and their content available to you and your team.
- To deliver the features you ask for. Analyse your business profile and saved sources, prioritise opportunities and suggest next moves. By default this analysis runs on PAVREN’s own rules over your workspace data.
- To apply plans, allowances and request limits, and to prevent misuse of the Service.
- To protect accounts. For example, to confirm your identity with your password, and your authenticator code if enabled, before sensitive actions such as changing your password or deleting data.
- To communicate with you about your account, your requests and important changes to the Service or this policy.
- To comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our terms.
We do not sell personal information, use it for targeted advertising, or build advertising profiles. We do not use your workspace content to train AI models.
Data security
We use technical and organisational measures designed to protect your information, including:
- Authenticated, row-level access rules in our database, so workspace data is available only to the members of that workspace.
- Optional two-step verification with an authenticator app.
- Re-confirmation of your password, and your authenticator code if enabled, before sensitive account actions.
- Limits on how often requests can be made, to reduce abuse.
- Secure on-device storage for mobile sign-in sessions, and connections to our authentication and database service that are encrypted in transit.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password and turn on two-step verification. If we become aware of a security incident affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities where the law requires it.
Data retention
- Account and profile information is kept for as long as your account exists.
- Workspace content is kept until you or the workspace owner delete it, the workspace is deleted, or your account deletion removes it (see the next section).
- Usage and plan records are kept for as long as they are needed to provide the Service, apply plan allowances and meet our legal obligations.
When information is deleted, it is removed from our active systems. Copies may remain for a limited time in infrastructure logs and backups until they are overwritten in the normal course of operation. We may also keep information where the law requires it. We do not promise a fixed deletion deadline that we cannot verify.
Account and data deletion
You can delete your account at any time from inside PAVREN: on the web under Settings → Data & Account → Delete account, in the mobile app under More → Account & data deletion, or from the Account and data deletion page (/delete-account). For your protection, you must be signed in and confirm with your current password, your authenticator code if enabled, and the word DELETE. After deletion you are signed out and your login can no longer be used.
- Deleting your account removes your sign-in, your personal profile, and any workspaces you own alone, including their content. Your membership in other people’s workspaces ends.
- If you own a workspace shared with other members, transfer its ownership before deleting your account.
- Content you added to a workspace owned by someone else stays with that workspace. Ask its owner to remove it.
- Workspace owners can also delete a single workspace and its content without deleting their account. This affects every member of that workspace.
- Deleting your account or a workspace does not cancel a subscription bought through an app store or payment provider. If a paid subscription is still set to renew, PAVREN tells you before deleting anything; cancel it where you bought it. Paid billing is not currently active in PAVREN.
If you cannot sign in, email us at the address in the Contact section and we will help you after verifying that the account is yours. You can also contact us to request access to, correction of, or a copy of your personal information.
Third-party services
- Authentication and database. PAVREN uses Supabase to provide account sign-in and to store Service data in a PostgreSQL database.
- Hosting and infrastructure. The Service runs on cloud hosting providers that process technical connection data to deliver it.
- Analytics and advertising. PAVREN does not use third-party analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
- AI and research providers. By default, PAVREN’s analysis runs on its own rules, and research uses the sources saved in your workspace. No workspace content is sent to an external AI or research provider. If we enable such a provider in the future, we will update this policy first and say which provider it is, what is shared, and why.
- Payments. Paid billing is not currently active, and we do not collect card details. If paid plans open, payments will be handled by a payment provider or app store, and this policy will be updated first.
- App stores. If you download the mobile app from an app store, the store handles the download under its own privacy policy.
- Links. Sources you save may link to third-party websites. PAVREN does not fetch a page because you saved its link. Those websites have their own privacy practices.
Children’s privacy
PAVREN is a business service intended for adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
International users
PAVREN can be used from many countries. Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our service providers operate, and those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where the law requires it, we take steps so that your information remains protected.
Depending on where you live, for example under the EU or UK GDPR or Türkiye’s KVKK, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal information, to receive a copy of it, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. To exercise these rights, contact us. We may need to verify your identity first.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Service changes, for example before a new provider or feature is enabled. We will post the updated version on this page and change the “Last updated” date. If a change is material, we will notify you through the Service or by email before it takes effect, where required.
Contact and privacy inquiries
For privacy questions, requests about your personal information, or help with account deletion, contact PAVREN at pavrenofficial@gmail.com. Please use the subject “Privacy request”. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
