01Service and availability
PAVREN organizes client acquisition: business context, evidence, opportunities, conversations, pipeline and recorded revenue. Current research operates on saved workspace sources and analysis defaults to local rules. External intelligence and commercial billing are not active. Features and availability depend on configuration. No lead, deal, revenue or time-saving outcome is guaranteed.
02Responsible use and evidence
Keep account credentials secure and provide information you are authorized to use. Do not upload unlawful content, misuse personal data, fabricate evidence or interfere with the service. Source-backed analysis can still be incomplete, stale or wrong. Confidence is an estimate, not proof. Verify business claims and review suggested messages before contacting anyone. Recorded CRM messages are not automatically delivered emails.
03Workspaces and account control
Owners control membership, roles and workspace deletion. Admins can edit business context; members can use permitted workspace features. Ownership transfer changes control. Account deletion can remove sole-owned workspaces; shared ownership must be transferred first. Workspaces owned by other people are not deleted when a member leaves.
04Free access and paid subscriptions
Eligible users start with limited free access without a subscription or payment. Standard, Plus and Pro are the only paid subscription plans, with monthly or yearly billing preparation. Paid access uses provider-verified period dates; renewal follows the subscription billing anniversary, not an arbitrary first-of-month reset. Monthly paid allowances follow the verified period anchor, including within yearly subscriptions; default free allowances use calendar months. Active-deal limits apply at all times. Approved initial launch prices in USD are Standard $29/month or $290/year, Plus $79/month or $790/year, and Pro $149/month or $1,490/year. Annual prices equal ten monthly payments. Provider products and final commercial terms must be configured before billing opens. Purchase, restore and management controls report unavailable until verified provider integration is active. A store response never grants access without server verification. Cancellation of a verified subscription retains access until its recorded period ends; expired or revoked subscriptions use Free allowances. No automatic renewal or charge occurs in the current inactive billing path.
05Success commission is part of the launch model
Commission applies only to verified PAVREN-attributable USD revenue, calculated marginally: 5% on the first $25,000; 4% on the portion above $25,000 through $100,000; 3% on the portion above $100,000 through $500,000; and 2% on the portion above $500,000. These tiers apply cumulatively across verified PAVREN-attributable revenue, not independently to each deal. Crossing a threshold never changes the rate on earlier portions. It does not apply to your entire business revenue. Collection is inactive. Measurement period, attribution verification procedure, refunds, taxes, collection timing and dispute rules require final terms before collection. No charge is authorized by using the current preview.
06Deletion, support and launch terms
Deletion does not cancel a subscription held with a store. Review the deletion page for effects on shared data. Contact pavrenofficial@gmail.com for support or account access issues. The contracting legal entity, governing law, liability provisions and dispute process require legal review before launch. Nothing in this preparation copy excludes mandatory consumer or data-protection rights.
